So many people feel stuck in life, but not because they are stuck, but more because they aren't focus on the task at hand. When you are focused on Comparing yourself to others and also focused on external validation you most definitely will feel stuck.

Comparison is the true thief of Joy and comparing yourself to external sources is what will ensure you stay stuck, because focusing on others makes you FEEL Stuck and that is what Manifests in your life.

ONLY focus on what's right in front of you and the task at hand and you will get more accomplished, and won't ever feel stuck again in your life.

Mental Health is an extremely Important thing going on in the world right now and it's to no surprise. There is an awakening going on in the world now, but at the same time there is a huge rate of reported depression.

Depression is a real thing, and there is no "Cure" because you feel the residual effects from things that have happened to you as a child, or sometime deep in your past. 

The best way to deal with this is to get positive results in the direction of where you are depressed about. We all want happiness, success, peace etc. We all just want to feel as if we are moving into the right direction and we call that getting positive results in what you are depressed about. 

If you are down in one area of your life focus on how you can get some positive results in the area in which you are down about. If you can do that you will DEFINITELY feel better about yourself and your life.
